Andrew Boddington is the Chief Executive Officer of Policy Concepts Inc.  He specializes in the development of innovative policy solutions for clients working at all three levels of government. In addition, Andrew designs and executes grassroots issue campaigns for corporations and associations looking to mobilize support from their membership, customers, or the general public.

Andrew has served in the most senior roles of the Ontario PC Party, including as its Executive Director. He has managed political and leadership campaigns at the federal, provincial and municipal levels.

Prior to joining Policy Concepts, Andrew spent three years working in Ottawa as a federal political consultant.  During that time Andrew was named one of the “Top 100 Lobbyists” by the Hill Times two years in a row.  Through his detailed understanding of the decision-making process, he developed a successful track record in serving clients in the financial services and health care sectors.

Andrew holds an Honours degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
